Frequently asked questions

What schedules are supported?
Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. You can also set a custom start date, end date, or fixed number of cycles.
Are the invoices emailed automatically?
Yes. Each cycle, LekkerVoice generates the branded PDF, emails it to the client with their Pay Now link, and queues automated reminders if it isn't paid.
Can I change one cycle without breaking the schedule?
Yes. You can edit any generated invoice (add an extra line item, tweak the amount) without touching the underlying schedule.
Can the client pay automatically?
Each invoice carries a Pay Now button via PayFast or Yoco. Clients tap and pay — we don't currently auto-debit, by design, so the client stays in control.
What happens if a client cancels?
Pause or end the schedule in one click. Past invoices stay in your history and reporting.
Is this on the Free plan?
Recurring invoices are a Pro feature (R99/month or R990/year). The Free plan covers ad-hoc invoicing up to 5 per month.
