We want you to be happy with LekkerVoice. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all LekkerVoice orders and handles all refunds.

You can request a refund in one of two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with.
  • Email us at support@lekkervoice.co.za with your order ID and we'll forward the refund request to Paddle on your behalf.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. You can cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net or your account settings, and you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. We will still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there is a material issue with the Service, as governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.

Processing time

Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
