LekkerVoice (the "Service") is operated by Webstruct ("Webstruct", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Webstruct.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
LekkerVoice is a cloud-based invoicing tool for freelancers and small businesses. We provide invoice creation, PDF generation, recurring schedules, payment links, and related features as described on our website. Features available to you depend on the plan you have selected.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Webstruct retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, documentation, branding, and any improvements. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan.
You retain ownership of the content (invoices, client details, logos, etc.) you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own Refund Policy also applies.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data after a reasonable export window, except where we are required by law to retain it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold Webstruct harmless from any claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
