Frequently asked questions

Do you charge a fee on PayFast transactions?
No. You connect your own PayFast merchant account. Money goes directly to you, on PayFast's standard rates. LekkerVoice never sits in the middle.
What does my client see?
They get a branded PDF and a public invoice page with a Pay Now button and QR code. Tapping Pay Now opens PayFast's secure checkout — card, instant EFT or scan-to-pay.
Does the invoice automatically mark as paid?
Yes. PayFast notifies LekkerVoice via ITN when payment succeeds and the invoice flips to Paid in real time.
Do clients need a PayFast account?
No. They just pay on the checkout page. No signup required on the client side.
Can I use Yoco as well?
Yes — you can connect PayFast, Yoco or both. Whichever you connect shows up as a pay option on the invoice.
What if I don't have a PayFast account yet?
You can still send invoices the normal way (EFT details on the PDF) and add PayFast later. Pro users can connect it in two clicks from Settings → Payments.
